Waltham Forest Town Hall is a municipal building located in Walthamstow, in East London. The building was designed by Philip Dalton Hepworth after he won a competition to be the lead architect.

This piece was created by building up layers of scratched and scraped acrylic paint, spray paints, screen printing, silver leaf and collaged paper on 5mm Board.
