I was wondering around Walthamstow Wetlands in North London doing preparing for an Open Call for Art Snug gallery. This photo didn’t  feature in the any of my submissions but I always kept it to one side knowing it would find a place in another piece.  The juxtapose with the Miami palm trees adds a fantasy warmth to Walthamstow that was not always a common occurrence until our recent climate change!

Made using original photography giclée printed on to Hahnemuhle Daguerre poly-cotton canvas and Awagami Unryu Thin paper assembled on a mounted wooden panel with layers of acrylic paint, spray paint, graph paper and screen printing.
